I don’t know what to get and everything is so expensive

I’ve been running for about 6 weeks! I got up to 10 miles last week and then my right knee started to give me a ton of pain. After some research I realized it wasn’t a great idea to be using the same shoe for everything (the shoe was Nike Downshifters 11). While I’ve been resting I’ve been trying to find the right shoe for me, went to a store and got my foot scanned and tried on a ton of shoes I narrowed it down to three options.

  1. Nike Vomero Plus
  2. ASICS GEL-Nimbus 28
  3. ASICS Superblast 3

I was gonna just get the ASICS superblast because, if I’m being honest, that heatmap design was calling me name. HOWEVER, the fabric on top of the toe box kept doing this concave thing and it was weird and kinda bothered me….

I don’t know what shoe to pick, especially because they both feel very very similar to me.

I’m a 21 year old female, training for my first ever half in mid November. I have low arches, my right leg is rigid and my left is flexible. Most of my pressure is in my arches.

I currently have thoses Nike Downshifters and I just thrifted some brand new asics GT-1000 for my easy run days
