Hello everyone!
I have tried every position every amount of breath and I just can’t find the right one for me. Once while driving a car I put it on assistwd drive put both of my feet into the floor and started breathing. I remember breathing slowy just into it, and duddenyl I felt twitches and then I would breathe more and just once activate that spot to give it more attention. I felt amazing for a week or so. And When I tried to recreate, I couldnt. So I know Its possible I just dont know how????
