I'm a Histotechnician in veterinary diagnostics and earned my HT certification last year. I've been at my current job for about 4 years now, and the workflow is very heavy-most nights I just cut. I'm hoping to do a more varied workflow somewhere else soon.
I've been looking for jobs closer to me and during the day. I applied to a few jobs, but no luck. The company Ansible (in Los Angeles) keeps popping up on my radar, but the job posting is pretty vague. The first time a recruiter reached out to me, they seemed really earnest to just get me in-back then I wasn't certified yet, and I had asked for more pay which yhey quickly accepted. That kinda scared me and made me think about possible high turnover rates of employees.
Does anyone have any experience with this company? Thanks!
