All I remember is that I used to read it often as a child (2007- 2017) and it had a really pleasing colourful artstyle. The main characters were a girl and her pet mouse or rat and each page they were in a different location that’s name was a reference to a real country or US state with themed monsters or demons to each location. They also rode around in a hot air balloon and it ended with a cat or dog or something being adopted by the girls father and the cat or dog was evil or wtvr.
