Hi everyone,

I’m an MBBS graduate from India (Mumbai) currently trying to transition into clinical research and CRO roles.

I’m actively applying for entry level positions.

I don’t have prior clinical research experience, but I have strong clinical exposure from MBBS and I’m genuinely trying to build a long term career in this space.

Honestly, I’m finding it a bit difficult to break in through applications alone.

If anyone here:

works in CROs (IQVIA, Medpace, ICON, Parexel, Syneos, Sun Pharma, etc.)

knows someone hiring

or can refer or guide me on getting that first entry

I would really appreciate it. Even small advice from someone already in the field would mean a lot.
