

Help me sisters🥀
I got into skincare last year after having acne for for 3 years. I changed my diet and it cleared up for few months , got back into the bad habits and unfortunately I also started using retinol on my sensitivite skin🥀. I guess it sort of ruined my skin barrier. I have stopped eating crap food hence seeing a difference but I am using Absolute No products on my skin as of now , not even a sunscreen except facewash by Simple.
If u could see clearly , my upper cheeks have redness and inflammation. Help me heal back my skin.
Should I try zinc oxide cream or any skin barrier moisturizer?
Some prior info:- I used to have oily skin but saw a change once I started dieting. Retinol made my skin drier I guess and now it's coming back.
I just need bit of help with the changes I am already doing.
