My girlfriend’s birthday is coming up, and I had this idea of putting together a cute little makeup hamper for her with a pretty, aesthetic makeup pouch and a bunch of makeup and beauty products inside. I want it to look adorable but also contain things she’ll actually use!

I have spent practically the ENTIRE NIGHT researching products through ChatGPT, Reddit, YouTube videos, Instagram reels, reviews, and whatever else I could find.

My budget is ₹4-5k for everything, including the pouch.

Girls, please tell me:

• Are these products actually good?
• What should I remove or replace? or any other advice you wanna give?
• What else should I add within my budget?
• Any recommendations for some pinteresty makeup pouches?
• Things that I should definitely add like something universal and safe option,if I am missing out something.

I want a mix of good everyday makeup and cute products she'll genuinely use.

I'm rethinking my plan and considering getting her 2–3 higher-end products instead of 10 affordable ones. Could you recommend a good lipstick and 2–3 other makeup products that are widely used and would make great additions to a girl's makeup collection? They don't necessarily have to be products that are easy to choose in terms of shades. I'm open to anything that's good quality, popular, and generally useful. I'd like to keep the total budget under ₹5,000.

anyone else been loyal to this moisture surge for years? and has anyone actually found a dupe worth switching for, because i keep hearing claims but didnt get one.

i still recall when my aunt was visiting from canada and introduced me this years ago. i was broke. like properly broke and buying choices based on whats left after rent broke. didnt expect to fall for a moisturizer of all things.

first mini tub and i just knew im getting into a trouble. that gel souffle texture sinks in like nothing else ive tried. i tend to massage it in properly at night not just dabbing it on and running off to sleep and waking up to skin that still feels plump the next morning. just all held well.

i have combination skin with these stubborn dry patches on my cheeks while my t zone does its own thing. most moisturizers make me pick a side, either my cheeks stay dry or my forehead turns into an oil slick by noon. this is the only one thats ever actually balanced both. also somehow makes my base sit better all day. not smoothing like a primer, just soft n supple.
doesnt crack on the dry patches, doesnt slide off by evening even under heavier makeup.

wont lie about the price. it hurt.
initial days genuinely sat in my cart deciding if i could afford it more times than id like to admit. over the years had tried cheaper dupes too. told myself id found close enough. i hadnt. so in my mature skin era i dont want fuss and so i always come back to this one.

saw someone post about a good discount on for clinique products on amazon on a sub day before yesterday and restocked it. new jar got delivered, already compared it to the old one, same texture, so if youre worried about authenticity ordering this online, i wasnt disappointed.

I found these today about the new formula of rom&nd lip tints that gave some kind of lip irritation.

now that I think about it, i realise my nucademia lip tint maybe causing me lip reaction. It has happened twice.

Sharing my experience below -
Sorry, i don't have any clear image except this ss from a random video i took with a filter on.

I'd have never thought it was the rom&nd lip tint, but wtf maybe it was. I bought this in jun/july , and the day i tried it directly on my bare lips, i woke up with a bumpy sore like thing on the middle of my lip - marked it in the picture ( which is recent btw & it was starting to heal so only a mark is visible ) which looked reddish then disappeared after few days , the area looked a bit dark like how it looks after an acne has healed , then the mark also disappeared - i couldn't understand why it happened, but i was already very sick so i dismissed it as dry lips/dehydration.

I have used it multiple times since then but only over other lipsticks as a gloss - no reactions.

since a month, i hadn't used any lipsticks because i was at home, not going out. two days back, i wanted to take a picture so I just put on the nucademia over my bare lips (again, no balm nothing just bare lips) and i woke up again with the same sore like thing at the exact same spot on my lip. I was very confused but didn't think much about it and it went away after 3-4 days. It was definitely a sore, the middle part of it looked reddish like an wound.

Today that I finally read these about rom&nd causing lip reactions, I believe that was it in my case too. I'm now terrified to use it.

Anyone else experienced this?

I wanna smell great after shower, like obv i use perfumes and deodorant, but i was lookinh for a body wash which complements the two.. basically that if i dont apply perfume still i smell great.. ty!

Just wanted to share my top 3 everyday pinks!

They’re all from the same line lol and I really like the creamy matte formula. I usually dab them on for a sheer look.

Here we are from first to last:
Maybelline almond pink
Maybelline dried rose
Maybelline midtown pink
Revlon shine balm toasting glasses

I know these are already popular but I struggled to find swatches when I was buying so being the change :)

TBH I do prefer the formula on Mac lipsticks but these colors are so PERFECT I genuinely prefer using them over my mac lipsticks.

1 tsp curd + 1tsp beetroot juice + 1tsp rice flour/gram flour

Hey guys, I bought Glyco 6 today and I’m using it for the first time, so I’m a little confused about how to use it properly.

When should I apply it — at night or some other time? How much should I use, and should I leave it overnight or wash it off after some time?

Also, what should I do after applying it and the next morning? Is there anything I should avoid using with it?

I’d also like to know about your experience with Glyco 6. Did it help with tanning? I have some small bumps/closed comedones on my forehead and also blackheads — did it help with those?

I’ve tried all the variants from this range, and honestly, I’ve liked all of them. One thing I really appreciate is how explicitly the ingredients are mentioned on the label. It makes the formulation feel much more transparent, rather than just giving a generic ingredient blend.

This one has aloe vera, coconut water and glycerin pretty high up in the list, and I can definitely feel that after using it. My skin feels soft, smooth and hydrated, without that tight or stripped feeling that some cleansers leave behind.
The fragrance is pleasant while using it, but it doesn’t linger on the skin, which I actually prefer since I don’t want a strong fragrance staying on me after a shower.

Overall, I’m genuinely enjoying this range and would definitely repurchase. ✨
