F/23/5’4 [211lbs>209lbs = 2lbs] (1 year) Body recomp?

I eat in a deficit and strength train + do cardio very hard 4x a week.

However, I did recover from an ED a few years back and due to certain medications, losing weight is harder for me now.

I feel extremely demotivated that my weight is almost the same in these pics, taken a year apart despite all the hard work.

But, my face is MUCH leaner and while my clothes aren’t THAT loose now, they somehow fit better? And I do look more tighter?

Does it look like body recomp?

I am 23. Weight before: 97 KG, weight after: 95 KG

I hate house-helpers

My mom is an incredibly wonderful woman.

She treats all the helpers with immense care — getting them medication, knee pads, stools to sit on while working to avoid body pains, pads, etc. She doesn’t even cut their pay when we give them whole weeks off if we are travelling etc.

This is etiquette, I am not saying we are God for doing the bare minimum. That’s not my point AT ALL.

My issue is that due to her being perceived as “naive” by all of them, they constantly skip work or change their timings without even asking.

I am tired of my mom raising her BP every morning because of these issues. This is not what she deserves after treating them like family.

The house helps would never do this to the stricter employers of theirs. I know that for a fact.
