I am getting married (courthouse legal ceremony) in six days. I ordered the perfect dress (pic attached) on Etsy. The store just let me know this morning that unfortunately they lost my dress and won’t be able to make another in time for the ceremony. Please help me find another dress! I am located in Kansas City, MO and will be in Charlotte, NC this weekend for Memorial Day. Please suggest stores, dresses, anything. Would need to be a dress I can buy in-person so I’ll have it in time. Budget is $1000. Please help!! Thank you!!

Hi All. Long story short, my seamstress tried to remove a stain that she caused with her mixture of water and clear ammonia which ended up causing a large yellow stain and clear waterline in the dead center of my bust. She claimed she could get it out and failed. I am furious beyond words. I was able to go to a sample rack and find a last minute fill-in dress thankfully. I want to sue because my mother paid close to $4K for the original dress, plus $800 worth of alterations from the nightmare seamstress (who also did a crummy job with alterations). Does anyone know/think I’d be able to get most of the money back? Has anyone experienced this? I was referred to her from my boutique I bought the original dress from. Would they do anything for compensation? See photo as well.

Any lovely ladies know of a dupe for this wedding dress or anything similar for my sister? She's in love but alas, no money no honey. The budget is roughly 1000€, we're based in Ireland and the wedding isn't until mid 2027.

Any help at all would be so highly appreciated. We've been trying our best to find one but to no avail.

I am planning on having a small, intimate beach wedding. I love the floral appliques on the tea length dress and the easy maneuverability. On the other hand, there's something about a full length wedding gown, but that means beach sand all in the train. I just can't decide!

Also, if #2, with or without the sleeves?

So… i said yes to dress #1 (labeled photos in order) about 2 weeks ago now. I love the dress and it matches my venue very well (venue on the water). I love how it looks on me but i all of a sudden am having second guesses. I attached my runner up dresses 2,3,4. Did i make a mistake!?!? I have only put a small down payment down so far and the order has not been placed yet. Do i go try on more dresses?! Or do i stick with mine!? The day i was there i couldn’t stop thinking about the one i chose and went back to it every time. Am I just freaking myself out?! Help!!!!

my wedding is in 5 days and I tried on my wedding dress yesterday and I don’t feel confident in it, I cried so much yesterday. I feel a like a cupcake in it and feel like it make me look larger than I normally feel in most clothing.. I want to feel good the day of my wedding but every time I’ve tried it on recently I just feel a little down. I think I need a bit of hyping up because I find It hard not to be hypercritical. :/ BTW the sleeves are not fully clipped in in these photos

I’m a super indecisive person, but I’ve narrowed it down to these three dresses. I’d also appreciate any styling tips!

This is my lace overlay dress custom made by a maker on Etsy! DM me if you want details. I am thrilled with the dress. The maker is in Vietnam and she made it slightly oversized. I had a local tailor take it in and take the length up in the front too so I could wear flats. Both did a great job. The under dress is from Staud (the Joy maxi dress). Wedding is in 10 days!!

Hi, I just had my first fitting! I’m obsessed with my dress but unsure how it’s supposed to be hemmed?

The seamstress and attendant both said only the dress “needs” to be hemmed and the overskirt can remain the length that it is.

I’m not opposed to keeping the overskirt longer, but it seems too long?

Hello! I have had a heck of a time dress shopping. I’ve tried over 50 dresses so far and I finally got a dress (Dress 1) from a sample sale. Now I’m worried I didn’t make the right choice. I was going to buy a different dress (dress 2) but it is more expensive. I have a different dress for the reception (Dress 3). I don’t know if Dress 1 is bridal enough. It’s very nude and has a lot of space between the appliqués. For context: I’m getting married in the summer but I’ll only be outside for photos. Help!

I came into this appointment with my mind set on getting dress #3 (Rosalia from Leah Da Gloria) but I was completely blown away by the other options!! My stylist did her job way too well and made it a much harder choice than I ever expected it to be 😂 so I wanted to give some love to the favorites I didn’t choose! We’re planning an intimate wedding in Tuscany and wanted to go for something romantic.

I know the dangle sleeve bit should probably be taken up but even so I’m just not sure if the short cape I got goes as well as I thought it would. I’m also regretting getting it in white and not beige😭

I do like the mantilla veils that sit on your head but I have a full head of dreadlocks and am wearing a flower crown so don’t think that’s going to be practical or pretty.

Help! Am I over thinking this?

Hey everybody,
I‘ve got some drama up my sleeve. My first try on after my dress coming in is approaching and I just don’t know which way to go with the sleeves.
Initially I wanted to go with the off shoulder sleeve that’s tight but now that I look at those 6 month old photos I am not sure anymore which way I should go.
Also in the photos with the tight sleeve I’ve got two dresses over one another that’s why it might look weird. And the dress is also obviously a sample size.
Please help me choose! 🥰
