240ml The Ordinary Glycolic Toner for ₹823? I guess Ordinary was on some crazy discount because HOW did this come down to this price?? Is this actually a steal or am I just getting excited over nothing? 😂 I probably should’ve bought 2–3 bottles at this price. But it’s my first one, so I wanted to try it first and see what the hype is actually about. Please tell me I got a good deal lol.

I've used innisfree's bija trouble face wash the consistency was thick and menthol cooling , i wanted to give this a try but then this one is watery and has but fragrance.

If someone has this can you show me the texture??

I need some help checking whether my 100ml Simple Refreshing Facial Wash is genuine.

I previously bought the 150ml version from Nykaa and I recently ordered the 100ml version from Amazon because Nykaa didn't have the 100ml size.

When I compared the two, I noticed quite a few differences in the packaging/printing and wanted to check whether these are normal differences between sizes/batches or if there is something suspicious about the 100ml one.

I've attached photos of both products, including the front and back labels, barcode and batch/price details.

150ml: Bought from Nykaa

100ml: Bought from Amazon

Could people who regularly use Simple products please take a look and let me know if the 100ml one looks authentic?

I'm especially interested in whether the differences between the two tubes are expected because they are different sizes/batches.

A deal was posted where this lipstick was selling for ₹ 270 so I ordered. This is the one I received. As you can see that it’s a damaged product. The body was also dirty and worn out.

Also, normally these are made in France but the one I received is made in China.

In the last pic, it says “Matte” but the ones that are made in France says “Matte/Mat”.

Amazon had also put a different barcode sticker over the product barcode sticker. I have shared the details to the brand for verification, awaiting response.

The seller is RK World who is supposed to be a legit seller.

This was my first order from Nykaa, and unfortunately it has been a really bad experience.

I ordered three skincare products:

• CeraVe Foaming Cleanser – received with the seal already opened and dirt/stains around the bottle/cap.
• La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVMUNE 400 – received unsealed and leaking.
• CeraVe Moisturizing Lotion – no major visible damage, but there was dirt around the cap/seal area.

After seeing the condition of the first two products, I honestly didn't feel comfortable using the third one either. These are skincare products that go directly on the face/skin, so hygiene and proper sealing matter.

I requested returns for all three. Nykaa approved the return for the leaking La Roche-Posay and the opened CeraVe cleanser, but rejected the return for the CeraVe lotion, even though I haven't used it.

What disappointed me more was the slow after-sales support. I regularly shop from other e-commerce platforms and have received damaged products before too — these things can happen. But usually their return/support process is much quicker and easier.

For a first order from Nykaa, this has left a very poor impression.

Has anyone else faced similar issues with Nykaa skincare products or their return process?
