Hi guys! I ordered a Brinton moisturizer and sunscreen along with two other products on July 3rd. I have received the other two items, but the moisturizer and sunscreen haven't been dispatched yet. It has been two days since I placed the order. Could you please tell me what I should do?

got two 5ml ones for 877

so i got my tira order today, even though it was originally supposed to be delivered on the 10th. i received the two freebies from the brand whose products i purchased, but the freebie from tira (the one i was most excited about) wasn't in the package.

i checked the app, and it isn't marked as delivered yet. does that mean it'll be delivered separately later? this sale was honestly all about those freebies for me, which is why i ordered from tira instead of nykaa, where i usually shop.

please tell me if i should wait or raise a complaint. i know people might think i'm being petty, but i was genuinely really, really excited about it.

Guys help, I am planning to buy re'equil 0.1% retinol and ceramide moisturizer, I saw an insta ad of re'equil where it says "free sunscreen on every order" but when I add these two products no sunscreen or any freebie gets added any Idea on how I can claim the sunscreen, and there's only coupon of 10% off
