Guide to avoid ingrown-Decoded

This is my leg one week after shaving. I was to shave it again this Sunday but didn't get time to. I'm ecstatic to see the growth is negligible even after a week. Here's everything that has worked for me (earlier suffered from visible pores due to shaving):

  1. Safety razor is your best bet (one with removable razor blades, I use one blade for a month then discard it).

  2. Exfoliate a day before shaving (using dove macadamia body scrub)

  3. Urea based moisturizer post shower everyday.

P.s. I shave once a week.

Premature grey, no family history

I've too many greys. It started 3-4 year back and is getting worse now. I'm mostly greying on the right side of my head. Some important factors I'd like to mention: No family history of early grey, irregular periods, diagnosed kidney stones. Am I doomed? Or is there a way?
