Forehead full of whiteheads/texture that eventually turn into acne what should I do?

My forehead is full of tiny whiteheads, blackheads and bumps that often turn into acne. 2 years ago my forehead was completely clear, but I haven’t been able to get it back.
I’ve tried multiple benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid face washes for months with little improvement.
What should I do now? Has anyone dealt with this and actually fixed it?

Tried the Biodance collagen mask

Put this on last night and forgot I was even wearing a mask lol. Left it on for the night and my skin felt really soft and hydrated after. Woke up with that fresh, slightly glowy look too. Nothing dramatic, but I liked how my skin felt after.

Affordable sunscreen for combination skin?

Hey! I’m buying sunscreen for the first time and have combination skin. Any good options under ₹300? Preferably something lightweight and beginner-friendly without any white cast

Beginner here: Should I start with azelaic acid 10% or tretinoin 0.025%?

(Here's my current routine, also tell me what should I add and remove)

21m, I'm a complete beginner with both azelaic acid and tretinoin.

My main goal is improving uneven skin tone/pigmentation and marks. I'm considering either azelaic acid 10% or tretinoin 0.025%, but I'm unsure which would be better to start with.

For someone with no previous experience with either:

Which one would you recommend starting with?

Is 10% azelaic acid a good beginner strength?

Is 0.025% tretinoin too strong to start with?

Would you eventually use both, or is that unnecessary?

I'd appreciate honest opinions from people who have actually used them.

Any face moisturiser that smells good ?

I’m tired of using moisturisers that smell like nothing or smells like a chemical. I do not have sensitive skin. Never found a moisturiser that smells good. I know it’s a weird ask but please drop in your suggestions if your have any
P.S - used that flair as I didn’t find the right one.

Oily skin + breakouts. ChatGPT suggested Adapalene & Niacinamide, need advice

Hey guys!

I’m pretty new to all this and honestly a bit lost. My skin gets super oily throughout the day, and I’m constantly dealing with breakouts and clogged pores (attached a few pictures so you can see what I mean).I just started an internship, so I finally have a little budget to set aside for a proper routine. I ran my situation through ChatGPT to see where to start, and it told me to get Adapalene and Niacinamide.I haven't bought anything yet because I wanted to get real human opinions first. Is that ChatGPT recommendation actually solid for someone just starting out, or should I be looking at something else entirely? pls give me suggestions as what should I do . my goal is to have a clean skin and glowy skin.

Is a minimal skincare routine really enough?

I've been thinking about how complicated skincare has become.

A basic routine can be cleanser + moisturiser + sunscreen, but once you start dealing with acne, pigmentation, texture, ageing, etc., it becomes very easy to keep adding another serum or active.

We’re curious where people here draw the line.

For example, if someone has acne-prone skin, pigmentation/PIH, combination or oily skin.

Would you personally keep the routine very basic and focus on consistency, or introduce targeted actives one at a time?

And if you've simplified your routine after previously using 6/10 products, what did you actually notice?

I'd be particularly interested in experiences where someone stayed with the simpler routine for at least a few months rather than just trying it for a couple of weeks.

My(24f) skincare products

After years of using serums and creams, I switched to pharmaceutical options. Been using these for 3 months now..works wonders.
Azelaic smoothened the skin texture and stopped my breakouts. I rarely get any.
Tret faded my scars and post pigmentation faster than Azelaic and helped with evening the skin tone.
The pigmentation around my mouth is almost gone too.

Zinc oxide is extremely helpful when my skin is irritated or burning. I dont use it everyday, but its an important addition to my routine.

What do you guys think? Yay or nay?

Looking for advice on making my skin more hydrated and smoother. I have some visible pores, uneven texture/tone, mild redness and facial shine. What flaws do you notice, and what skincare routine or ingredients would you recommend?

How do I make skincare time in the evening fun?

TL;DR

I’m struggling to stay consistent with a simple night time skincare routine because my evening routine, back pain, and ADHD all make the habit difficult to maintain. I’m trying to make the routine easier by doing it immediately after work, but I’m stuck on the second part: how do I make a repetitive skincare routine fun and interesting enough for my ADHD brain to keep doing it consistently, especially when physical discomfort makes the routine harder too?

Full post:

I have been struggling big time to be consistent with my skin routine at night,

I have minimal routine at night (face wash, retinol, moisturizer), with sunscreen in the day.

I work from home as a writer and content strategist, but I have been mightily struggling with skincare routine consistency at night... It's mostly like 1 week good, 2 weeks bad

to get consistent again, I made my cue and action: when I finish work, I will shut down and bag my laptop and after that, start my skincare instantly.

But the problem is, after I finish work, I get to dinner almost instantly and after Dinner I get so tired... I crash on to my sofa and just decompress with youtube...

I saw a good video which said like to make habits consistent: make it easy and make it fun

Let's say I make it easy: I do my skincare instantly after work and set an easy reminder for that,

But then how do I make it fun?

My main challenges:

  1. tight back due to daily sitting, with back pain (so bending for even more than 3 seconds gets tough).

  2. I also have ADHD so doing the same mechanical things over and over again is just painful, I need different ways to do it so it remains interesting
