What is the difference between asics Novablast and asics novablat ATC?

I have already signed the offer letter for Fractal joining as on 18th May.
Previously the offer letter had joining for 11th May, but got delayed due to BGV as i signed the letter 2 days prior.

So, they refused to negotiate at all (gave me 4% hike on my CCTC) and gave me in email that cannot do anything best on the CTC they have given. But, now i have 2 more offers from Birlasoft and Quarks.

Do you think i should try one more time for a raise ? Or i join and then ask for market correction ?

I am Joining because this is the best offer that i have as of now.

- Have heard has good projects and doing good with data engineering and AI.

Offer 2: Birlasoft - 23 LPA Fixed (Includes 5% JB)
Night shift : 4:30 pm to 1:30 am
Hybrid mode - cab facility
Noida location

Offer 3- Ongoing interview with Cargill on Round 3
Location - Bangalore
No discussion on CTC
Location is a constraint for family as i have offer for NCR in Fractal.
I already come from a product based company so i know they are not upto the market in tech. Very slow tech adoption.

Please suggest what can be the right move in such case. This is my first switch and I have seen how bad the market is growing in tech and demand.

Within the past two days, I have seen people getting offered from brilliant companies like Disney ,JP Morgan, Wallmart, Tredence, and also with good compensation to be honest.
I really want to know if the market has improved and how are you getting these calls? Is it via Naukri platform and the recruiters or consulting firms are reaching you directly or are you applying on their career page after seeing an opening on LinkedIn maybe?
Because if Naukri is the case, then I feel that even I need to fix my resume to get hold of better options because I currently come from a product based company and do not have much offers or better compensation in hand.

Fractal offered 19.5 ctc. Not willing to negotiate at all.

Quarks Technosoft offering 25 fixed . Offer not yet released.

Another offer I hold from Altius Infra - 24 Ctc

I have an offer from Fractal already which they released last Thursday and then next 3 days went into a long weekend.
I was supposed to negotiate with the HR today morning but supposedly i got some 2-3 L2 rounds pending.
My joining for fractal is on the 11th
Help me what to do ? Negotiate with the 24 offer or wait for another 2-3 days ?

Fractal has simply just matched my current company's offer without any hike. I dont know how to negotiate or what to say further while Elevar has given me a comparitively better offer. The joining of Elevar is prior to that given by Fractal( 2 days before).
