Tipping your injector?? Yay or nay

I got my lip filler dissolved today at a med spa. It was around $300.. at the end It asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. The person that did my injection comes into the restaurant I work at all the time, so I felt like I had to tip, because I make a living off of tips. However, I have never heard of tipping an injector. I left about $30. Now I feel like an asshole because that’s a 10% tip. I’m curious to know if everyone is tipping injectors now???

Does new Beauty of Joseon sunscreen irritate your eyes?

I have EXTREMELY sensitive eyes, many people suggest to just switch to mineral ones, but I tried it before and they irritate my eyes even more.

My favorite sunscreens so far have been skin 1004 Water-Fit Sun Serum, but on some days, it can still irritate my eyes, I thought that it might be due to niacinamide in it.

I know that old BOJ Relief Sun Rice Probiotics irritated some people, have any of you experienced irritation from the new Relief Sun Aqua - Fresh?
I am looking to purchasing it, as it has no niacinamide and contains panthenol, which my skin loves (also I am just a rice fun, for some reason, I can't resist a product that has rice in it).

Skin peeling around cuticle

I used to think these were “hangnails” which was common enough to have a name, so I was like, ok I guess I’m predisposed to hangnails. Come to find out this is something else. All of my finger have varying degrees of this issue. I dont bite my nails. I work with my hands, so I wash them frequently.

Ideas? Almost daily, one of the peeling areas is thick enough the removing them makes my fingers bleed. Very unpleasant! I really wear lotion on my hands as it will rub off very quickly and I often have to take gloves off and on

[Routine Help] Face looks much more pale compared to body

I have been using retinoids and sunscreen for 2 years, alongside azelaic acid and other tyrosinase ingredients for 6 months to fade my solar letingos and PIE. Around the beginning of this year, I have noticed my face looking lighter compared to my body. My face went from medium to fair, while my body stayed the same.

Is there anything that can be done? I really miss my medium skin as I look more attractive that way, but want to fade my PIE and solar letingos.

How to deal with skincare before/after the gym?

How to deal with skincare before/after the gym?

I have naturally dry skin. I’ve started going to the gym this month. I’ve been doing my skincare before going to the gym, and then cleansing my face and repeating after I come back.

I know it’s a waste of product and pretty dumb to do😭😭, but I have dry skin and feel like I need to do some sort of skincare before leaving the house, or else my skin is more likely to be dehydrated.

I’m also worried that the skincare is too heavy for the gym, since my skin has been a bit more clogged and problematic than normal.

My morning skincare routine: Wash with water, aestura cream mist, the ordinary hyaluronic acid, vanicream moisturizer, skin aqua uv serum.

I’m wondering if it’d be recommended to just use a bit of moisturizer and sunscreen, and to do my actual full skincare routine after the gym?

I go to the gym first thing in the morning, and typically take 1-1.5 hrs

No deodorant works for me

I’m so confused. Every time I buy deodorant, I try a different brand. I used to want the newer brands, like Naked, because of the bad rep some of the OGs were getting. However, I gave up because I couldn’t tolerate getting stinky within an hour, especially since I have a lot of nice clothing that I’d really rather not feel like I have to wash every single time I put on. My issue is not sweating excessively, though I have no problem with using antiperspirant. My issue is SMELL—not horrible armpit odor that’s horribly distracting. But—persistent, dependable, run of the mill BO that is nevertheless annoying and stays on clothes. What actually works?!??!? But doesn’t stain clothes? I’m tired of beating my deodorant.

Help! Wedding coming up

Hello, in preparation for my wedding in a few months I’m looking to clear my skin and get rid of this bumpy black pore texture. My current routine includes the following products

Face wash: Youth To The People Superfruit Cleanser - Gentle Exfoliating Face Wash- 3-4x a week
Hydroboost cleanser when I wash at night
In the morning I splash with water

Moisturizer- glow recipe watermelon

I use the tower 28 hypochlorious spray when I don’t use the youth to people cleaner out of the shower. I also use it after a workout or when I feel sweaty

For boosters I use the glow recipe strawberry aha bha, 2x a week
And the glow recipe plum hyaluronic acid.
I will sometimes do a face mask for moisture or brightening.

Is washing your face 3 times a day too much?

For people that wear makeup throughout the day how do you get around cleansing your face? I wash it in the morning, but as i get home in the afternoon (4pm) i need to wash off all that make up, which i first use micellar and then the cleanser. Then again before sleep my face gets oily so i naturally wash it off before putting all my products on. Is there any better way to do this?

Help! Undereye sunburn care

Learned the hard way that my new eye cream had retinol in it after a nice outdoorsy picnic yesterday and I realized I had burned my under eye area.

Won't be using that product anymore, but I am worried about tanning/darkening of the undereye after the burn heals. It looks like I got punched in the face 🤦‍♀️

Any tips for special care and brightening of the area?
