I have a bad habit of biting my lip skin off and I've tried to control it now. I now need to focus on healing my damaged lip skin and stop this painful flaking and dryness. I don't smoke or drink.

Please tell me any tips or products that worked for you guys to completely heal your lip skin and maintain it!
