Tried the Biodance collagen mask

Put this on last night and forgot I was even wearing a mask lol. Left it on for the night and my skin felt really soft and hydrated after. Woke up with that fresh, slightly glowy look too. Nothing dramatic, but I liked how my skin felt after.

Not me wondering what I need to order to get rohit saraf delivering my nykaa hot pink sale package body

i don't even care about my next parcel anymore unless rohit saraf is the one bringing it. though The discounts are great, 😭 I know the chances are basically zero, but after seeing those reels, every delivery notification feels a little suspicious now.

Are these WhatsApp luxury bag deal groups legit or is this a scam?

I'm in a few WhatsApp groups where people keep sharing deals for Myntra, Amazon, Ajio, etc. I've actually ordered from those links a couple of times, and they always redirected me to the official app, so those purchases were genuine.

Now, for the first time, I'm thinking of buying a luxury bag through one of these groups. They keep posting deals on premium brands at prices that seem almost too good to ignore. The admin also shares screenshots from buyers who supposedly received their orders, but I'm still not convinced.

I really want one of these luxe bags, but I also don't want to spend the full retail price if there's a genuine way to save money.

Has anyone here actually bought a luxury bag through these WhatsApp deal groups? Were they authentic, or is this something I should avoid?

I think I finally found my holy grail water-based moisturizer

I've been using the Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Gel for a while now, and it's honestly one of the best water-based moisturizers I've tried. It feels super lightweight, absorbs quickly, and keeps my skin hydrated without making it greasy. It's become a staple in my routine. Has anyone else tried it?

These two are my go-to lipsticks 🤎🩷

No matter how many lipsticks I buy, I always end up reaching for these two.

L'Oréal Color Riche 124 - S'il Vous Plaît and 601 - Worth It have become my everyday favorites.

What's your current go-to lipstick?

Boyfriend made this for me ❤️

My boyfriend surprised me by making Veg Hot Garlic Fried Rice for dinner today, and honestly, I'm still impressed. 😭

He's not much of a cook, but he somehow managed to get the rice perfectly cooked, loaded it with veggies, and got that garlicky flavor just right.

Is it normal for Rapido/Uber bike drivers to watch videos while riding

Today while going to the office, I booked a Rapido bike. During the ride, I noticed that the driver had his phone mounted on the handlebar and was watching a YouTube video while riding through traffic.

The thing is, this is not even the first time I've seen this. I've also had Uber and Rapido drivers watching reels, movies, or videos while driving. It honestly makes me uncomfortable because it feels unsafe for both the rider and everyone else on the road.

At the same time, I don't really want to report or complain because I know many of these drivers rely on this work as an important source of income, and I wouldn't want someone to lose that over a single complaint.

So I'm a bit conflicted. Has anyone else noticed this? What do you usually do in such situations?

Do you ask them to stop, ignore it, or report it through the app?

Did anyone else get unexpectedly emotional watching Chirag Panjwani's special?

I started watching because I kept seeing so many reels about it. I knew it would be a little emotional and heartfelt, but I wasn't expecting it to hit this hard.

I'm not even a longtime fan. I first got to know him through Madhur's show, but after watching this special, I think I've become one.

A few moments genuinely caught me off guard and stayed with me long after the special ended.

Did anyone else feel this way, or was it just me?

My first female manager completely changed how I look at corporate life, and I hate that she still scares me.

So before I entered corporate, I used to roll my eyes whenever people said, "female managers are the worst."

I thought it was just another stereotype.

Then I got my first internship at 22.

I was excited, nervous, and honestly just trying to learn. It was my first real corporate experience, so I expected guidance, feedback, maybe even a little patience when I messed things up.

Instead, I spent months feeling like I was constantly failing some invisible test.

For context, our team used a whiteboard to track work. Red text meant "most important." Black text meant it could wait.

One day I looked at the board and realized something weird. As an intern, I somehow had more red-marked, urgent work than some permanent employees. Not projects with clear deadlines or ownership. Just things that needed to be done "ASAP" because someone said so.

The strange part is that my manager was never openly aggressive. She spoke politely. She smiled. If someone looked from the outside, they'd probably think she was nice.

But every interaction felt like I wasn't meeting expectations that had never been explained to me.

I was 22. I wasn't hired because I already knew everything. I was there to learn.

What made it worse was my last day.

No "good luck."

No "hope you do well."

No feedback.

Nothing.

She was cold and dismissive right until the end.

And somehow that's the part that stuck with me the most.

Years later, whenever I hear I'm going to report to a female manager, I immediately get anxious. Not because I think all female managers are like her. Rationally, I know that's not true.

But that experience left a mark.

It's weird how one person can shape your perception of an entire workplace culture.

It's been over a year since that internship, and thankfully, I'm in a much better place now.

I have a manager who doesn't constantly remind everyone that he's the manager. There's no superiority complex, no unnecessary pressure, no making people feel small. It genuinely feels like a team where everyone is working together.

And that's what makes this whole thing so strange to me.

I still can't believe that a four-month internship managed to affect me this much. Looking back, I feel like that experience completely shattered my confidence. Not overnight, but little by little.

Even today, I sometimes catch myself second-guessing my work or worrying that I'm not doing enough, and I can trace a lot of that back to those four months.

The good part is that I'm still learning, still growing, and slowly rebuilding the confidence I lost.

I know now that not every manager is like that. In fact, my current workplace has shown me the exact opposite.

I guess I just wanted to share this because sometimes people underestimate how much a manager can impact someone's early career, especially when they're young and entering the corporate world for the first time.

Maybe some of you have gone through something similar.

Has anyone else had a manager who wasn't necessarily shouting or abusive, but still managed to destroy your confidence?

My hyaluronic acid serum randomly turned yellow after not using it for a month

so i was cleaning my drawer today and found my old hyaluronic acid serum. it used to be completely transparent before but now it has a slight yellow tint to it.

weird thing is:

no bad smell

texture feels exactly the same

no separation or anything strange

it’s still within the 12M period after opening

has this happened to anyone else? is it just oxidation or should i stop using it completely 😭

new perfume purchase and i’m kinda underwhelmed honestly

picked up this StudioWest Paris Woman perfume recently because the bottle looked super clean and classy and i expected it to smell a lot more luxurious than it actually does 😭

it’s not bad at all, just feels a bit too generic after a while and the staying power is pretty average on me.

the opening is nice for everyday wear but overall i’d probably give it a 5.5/10.

cute bottle though, so at least my shelf looks prettier now lol

Finally took the risk of ordering a lehenga online instead of buying in Local stores

lehenga shopping in toronto has gotten SO expensive lately that i finally gave up and ordered one online for my cousin’s wedding after spending days reading reviews and stalking customer photos.

mostly because lehengas in toronto are expensive that i genuinely couldn’t justify buying locally for one event.

but it arrived yesterday and i actually really liked it:

* fit was pretty decent

* color looked accurate to the pictures

* material felt nice

* and for once i didn’t immediately think about alterations

overall pretty happy with it, especially since it was my first time ordering from there
