Forehead full of whiteheads/texture that eventually turn into acne what should I do?

My forehead is full of tiny whiteheads, blackheads and bumps that often turn into acne. 2 years ago my forehead was completely clear, but I haven’t been able to get it back.
I’ve tried multiple benzoyl peroxide and salicylic acid face washes for months with little improvement.
What should I do now? Has anyone dealt with this and actually fixed it?

99>95 in less than 3months

My ip16 was at bh 99 in march end today it has reached at 95 a drop 5In just 3months why is it happening infact had a drop of 2in last 3days why is it hapenning can anyone help here isnt this too much

iPhone 16 battery health suddenly dropping — normal or not?

iPhone 16 battery health stayed at 100% till around 145 charge cycles, then suddenly dropped:

200 cycles → 98%
205 cycles → 97%

Why does it start dropping so suddenly after staying stable for so long? Normal Apple battery calibration or something wrong? Also should I update to iOS 26.5?
