sometimes i wonder if anyone sees me

if anyone sees me walking past and think im pretty just like i think about random people on the streets. but i get people looking away instead, averting their gaze. And then I think to myself; is my body that fucked up looking, beyond loving? not worth it? cars stop at crosswalks for my prettier friend, people stare at her. and i cant help but envy. how long will i have to suffer just so i can be looked at too?

and am i so bad that they need to avert their eyes just to not catch me seeing them?

im exhausted. i just hope everything im doing pays off in the end

idk the calories in the broccoli..... i do know that the egg has 60 calories. I'll probably eat the other hard boiled thats in my fridge lol

Literally my favourite meal. I think I'd be happy eating this for every meal for the rest of my life tbh

Egg white peanut butter delight

This is 3 egg whites with 6 gram peanut butter. Cinnamon and salt sprinkled on the egg whites and topped with sugar free maple syrup. The flavor is divine. Less than 100 calories. A little over 12 grams protein.

chocolate yogurt of doom and gloom (with sprinkles:3)

Chobani low sugar vanilla greek yogurt with sugar free chocolate pudding mix and a little dash of sprinkles to make me feel less sad. It does look like someone had a dookie in my bowl, but i swear its good guys i swear

canned green beans and 1 tomato

i sprinkle some seasoning on it and it was actually pretty good....... green beans are 35 cals and i have no idea how many calories could be in the small tomato.

thoughts on therapy? share your experience

Hi, I was wondering if anyone here could share if they had gone to therapy to treat binge eating disorder, food noise and basically everything that comes with it. I am considering therapy because dealing with it on my own hasn't been successful. So, if you could tell me what kind of therapy (cognitive behavioral, psychotherapy,...) did you have? How long were you/still are in therapy? Is it worth the money? Would you say the therapy was the main thing that got you out of it? Did you get medication, if yes, what kind?
🧠Also if your therapist did give you any practical guidance/tools on what you can do on your own, I would really appreciate you sharing that. A lot of tips I find online are a bit BS, so I am really interested in what therapists suggest.
