230lbs (March 14th) to 185lbs (May 20th)

I (21nb) am so, so proud of myself! My fasting log for this year starting in March is the first photo. I'm so close to being out of the obese category once I hit 179. I haven't been below obese since highschool 😭

I followed the electrolyte guide on the wiki of this sub, + extra sodium because I tend to have extremely low blood pressure.

App is easyfast

Edit: had to change the flair to check in instead of progress pic, because the automod comment doesn't appear for me on mobile 💔

Jack Skellington eyes?

Did Cureplaneta straight up use Jack Skellington or am I crazy? 😭 I'm surprised it actually got released, because Disney doesn't play about their IPs

(This is from the new Gothic Lolita v3 set!!)

Tired of living this way

I (21f) have been diagnosed with hypothyroidism since I was 2 years old. I'm so incredibly tired of people (including doctors!!!) telling me I'm too young to be experiencing these symptoms or that they're surprised I'm on levothyroxine. Is it too much to ask to not be doubted over a diagnosis I've had for so long that my frequent labs support? I feel like any medical care I get is influenced by the doctor's opinion on whether they *really* believe that I have hypothyroidism.

Thank god for my primary and endocrinologist who actually listen :/ it just sucks to go to another doctor (like my psychiatrist) and have them question if I *actually* have this disorder because I'm so young.

Obviously not going to say exactly what or what meal she's making with them per subreddit rules, but I'm crashing outtttttt. I don't blame her, we share food in the fridge, but for some reason I get so possessive over the food I specifically buy because the ingredients and everything feels ok for me to consume. She's currently making a meal with one of the items and I'm trying not to act like a food aggressive dog and have a meltdown 😭

it doesn't help that what I buy is expensive because I go for certain name brands, while she buys generic. I also don't want to seem like an asshole and tell her she can't touch what I buy yk?

I've always been very good about my electrolytes, but since 10am today I have been fasting for 87 hours and just didn't take my electrolytes because 4 days felt small enough. Big mistake!!

Currently at urgent care with a blood pressure so low that none of the machines could read it, and it had to be taken manually. My blood pressure was 68/unknown.

If you have a history of hypotension, please please please talk to your doctor and get their advice on if you should add more sodium than the wiki reccomends. Mine told me to!

Take your electrolytes, for the love of God. I know it's annoying to drink salty water, I know it's unpleasant, but this is significantly worse. I couldn't even walk more than 10 steps today without my vision going black.
