Intense hunger and an inability to feel satiated after eating
I have an under active thyroid and am on levothyroxine but i feel an intense constant hunger, i cant feel full no matter how much I eat, like i genuinely am not capable of being satiated snd it hurts so bad at times that its painful, is this common for others with hypothyroidism?? My hunger only goes away if i dont eat anything at all for the entire day and i feel it should be opposite

A claw or scratch mark shaped burn just appeared on my stomach
I felt a sharp burning pain while im laying in bed and looked down to see three raised burn looking as is ive been scratched, but theyre burns like ive just touched a hot pan just in a scratch shape
I have no idea how this couldve happen because im just laying in bed and i felt the burns occur but theres nothing in my bed that couldve caused them, it really looks like somethings scratched me and somehow caused a burn but my hands are definetly not hot enough to scorch my skin
Advise and or thoughts of the cause would be appreciated
