I REALLY wanted cookies today, but I won’t stop with 1

I can’t justify eating entire bag of store bought ones, so made those awful looking but still satisfying as hell
Entire batch 350 kcal

Walking + running step count

As all of you here I love walking and I have a goal of 20k steps daily (I don’t do any other exercise)
To achieve that I have to do my morning walk but I am quite short on time, since my shift has been changed to earlier one. I tried combo of walking + running ( I run 60% of the time and the rest just walk back) and it save me good 30mins.
Question here, does it matter how you “collect” your steps through the day health/calorie burning etc. wise?
APOLOGIES if that’s a stupid question. 🫣

One of my favourites

I was thinking of chocolate bar as a snack, but then decided that this meal deal would

8 months progress, apparently it’s easy if you actually commit

For 3 years I was saying it’s impossible, I gain 1kg - loose 1kg and nothing ever changes. I am finally at the stage where I can eat whatever, not getting bloated, and most importantly strong winds are not threat for me anymore lol

My chocolate overnight “oats” meal prep 800g each, for 250kcal

Maybe not looking the best, but very filling, very voluminous, and keeps me full until lunch.

The reason why this is so low kcal, cause it has only 90g of oats (divided between tubs) and the rest is cauliflower rice. To make thick consistency I used dissolved jelly and also psyllium husk. For sweetness used stevia and cocoa powder for chocolatey taste. Tub of Fage yoghurt to mix everything up

Just moved in into the new area, thought I’ll try new local pub

From Monday to Friday burgers and chips for £5.60!
So dangerous, I am definitely getting fat now having this pub in the neighborhood

Low fibre volume meals

Help!

The struggle is real. It’s weird cause majority of population is struggling to hit fibre intake, volume eaters most often over consume 😂
Recently I am so bloated 💨 💩 but my appetite has been crazy lately, so obviously I ate meals size of my 4 stomachs. Loads of high fibre veggies and fruits.
Need volume with no or very little fibre ! P.s I already eat a lot of yoghurt, the problem is I pair it with high fibre stuff

I’ve gained 6 kg, but I can’t see it

So I’ve gained 6kg from 44kg to 50kg. But I also measured myself, my arms, legs etc.
And they all still the same. I don’t understand on which part of my body I have extra 6kg?? I am so fed up of skinny legs and arms and I feel like weight will never go on there.

Ps can’t say genetics because I used to be 65 kg and my weight was equally distributed across entire body

M&S for life

I also love crisps with my main, but I also have a sweet tooth and I was well excited to see overnight oats in snack section at my local M&S
What’s your rating?

Feels like a cheat, but it’s very macro friendly

I unwrapped it so you can see how big it is!

350 for this creamy wrap.
I make the filling by chopping favorite veggies, spoon of pumpkin puree, pickles, SF maple syrup, Greek yoghurt, xanthan gum (so it binds together and make this creamy texture). Of course adding some garlic salt, onion powder, paprika seasoning. and for the toppings a couple slices of avocado and baked chicken

I think I chose pretty well for volume eating out..!

I just had a nibble of potatoes, but mainly ate only fish and veg! Turkish restaurants are the best for volume and satiety

Artificial sweeteners

I love sweet things, but most of my consumed sweet treats are artificial sugar based - sugar free syrups, xylitol, you name it..
back few years ago, my stomach would get upset if I over consume, but honestly now, my stomach is like a rock and I think it got used to it lol.
The problem is, I went with my friends for Açai bowl - we all got the same toppings, with Nutella, chock nibbles, and even hazelnut spread. Everyone made a comment that it was good, but too sweet. And I felt like… it’s bland? Ended up not even finishing

Has anyone has the same issue?
