There's a stray cat living near my bfs apartment building. She constantly rubs herself on hard surfaces and raises her back paw like a ballerina, and I wanted to ask if we should be concerned about this behaviour (maybe it's a sign of injury or uti?) or just a cute quirk of hers

Context: we're both adults, the cat is otherwise healthy, castrated and vaccinated from rabies ~ a year ago, my bf feeds her but we already has several cats and we cannot take in another one. Cat is young, 2-3 years looks like.
