I485 Notice Receipt Delay
My attorney submitted my I485 application for Eb3 Skilled on April 22. It's been more than 3 weeks and I havent received any notice receipt.
I know people who submitted a few days before I did got the notice within a week, and someone else submitted in May and already got their receipt.
Should i be worried? Should i ask my attorney to contact USCIS?
