Hey everyone, I’m thinking about getting a Galaxy Z Flip, but I keep seeing posts about the black dot / dead pixel issue near the crease or hinge.

From what I’ve read, it seems like the Z Flip 4 had this problem quite a lot, while the Z Flip 5 supposedly improved durability with the new hinge design. But I still see some people reporting it on the Flip 5 too.

For those who have owned a Flip 5 for a long time:

• Have you experienced any black dots, lines, or screen failures?
• Did it happen after a drop or just normal use?
• How long have you had the phone?
• Do you feel the Flip 5 is significantly more reliable than the Flip 4?

I really like the form factor, but I plan to keep the phone for a while, so long-term durability matters to me.

Would appreciate honest experiences from daily users.
