[HIRING] Virtual Assistant – Real Estate Content & Video Editing | $5/hr | 20 Hours/Week

Hi everyone! I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant / Content Editor to help me consistently create content for my real estate social media pages and grow their salary as our goals are achieved.

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll help turn the content, scripts, and footage I provide into short-form social media posts.

Content will include:

• Short-form real estate videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok & YouTube Shorts
• Zillow/home listing review videos
• Simple educational real estate videos
• Real estate tips and home-buying content
• Simple carousel/slide posts
• Simple text/Twitter-style real estate posts
• Adding captions, text, images, transitions, and music when needed
• Repurposing content across multiple platforms

Most videos will be simple short-form edits, not complicated cinematic editing.

I’ll provide the topics, scripts, Zillow listings, footage, or examples whenever possible.

Schedule & Pay

$5/hour

Approximately 20 hours per week

This will initially be a 3-month position, with the possibility of continuing long-term if we work well together.

My goal is to build a consistent content library and eventually have enough content to post approximately 3** times per day**.

What I'm Looking For

You don't need to be an expert in real estate.

I'm mainly looking for someone who:

• Has experience editing short-form videos
• Understands TikTok/Reels/Shorts style content
• Can create clean, simple social media graphics
• Can follow examples and recreate a consistent style
• Has good attention to detail
• Communicates well
• Can work independently once the content style is established
• Is willing to learn and improve

You can use CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or whatever software you're most comfortable with. I care more about the final product than what software you use.
