Hi fellow estate agents

I work in this field and find I waste a lot of time doing admin, taking calls where I'm giving the same answer each time, missing leads due to being so busy etc, as well as other things rather than focussing purely on revenue generating tasks that will in result earn me more commission.

Do you also find that within this role? What do you waste time doing? We are having an internal meeting on 3rd May where we are collating ideas of how we can work more efficiently in order to make more sales.
