Nothing separates Europe from Asia in terms of physical features

Europeans argue that europe's vastly different culture is what separates it from Asia, but the Middle East, North, East, South-east, and South Asia also have vastly different cultures.

In terms of tectonic plates, the Indian plate is separate from Asia's, does that mean South Asia is a different continent?
