Be very careful while getting petrol from IOCL.

let me give you an instance.

Lets say you fill petrol say full tank and the speedometer stops at 998.97

Now if you pay cash you pay 1000 and move on.

Now comes the interesting part if you pay online say upi the person puts 1000 in the machine and asks you to pay.

My simple question is when its online why is it different from the displayed number of 998.97?

This i saw it at multiple IOCL PETROL PUMP in hyderabad and outside hyderabad.

Pls be very careful of these scams.
