I fall asleep fast.
I try to sleep at consistent times.
But no matter what I do, I wake up after 5 hours, no matter when I went to bed.
I am able to fall asleep after about 30-60 minutes of reading a book outside the room, totalling in 7-8 hours, but I'm failing to get that sweet continuous sleep.
I've tried:
Bondormine- that extended my continuous sleep time to 6 hours but nothing more
Meditation- didn't help
10 minutes of sunlight every morning- helps me fall asleep faster but nothing more
Valerian, Magnesium, L-theanine, all that- nothing
Dark, cold, quiet room, with eye cover and ear plugs- nothing
What's happening?
Tips?
