Been dealing with an army recruiter for about a year now and at the beginning, they said that just with my college credits alone I would be able to enter as an E3 if I finished future soldier, training online classes and tests. I finally finished the classes and now they’re saying that I need two referrals to get the rank of E3. I already signed my contract as an E2. At that time he told me to do the classes, and he would provide me with the referrals in order to get me the rank of E3 now he’s saying I need an additional referral and I’m not really sure what to do. I definitely don’t have any referrals because all my friends are old or not interested. Any recommendations on how to handle this situation?
