Seller lied about condition & is giving ME a 1 star review
Hey, first time I've had an issue with buying off Vinted. I bought a jumper that was listed as 'very good condition'.
Before I purchased , I asked the seller to confirm it had no stains or holes and they claimed it did not, so I went ahead and purchased.
Jumper came and it was covered in lots of small stains all over and was extremely bobbly.
I clicked 'i have an issue' and they clicked return for refund with no further communication or apology.
I really do not want to be out of pocket returning item just because they lied about the condition, but they're claiming it had no stains when it was posted & they're threatening to leave me one star review?
It's even more frustrating because I declined another sellers deadline extension for the same jumper to go ahead with this sellers, as they said it was in VGC and could ship fast!
How is this allowed & is there anything I can do to report to Vinted or is it a lost cause and I just accept defeat?
