Hi, since my Faceit account has been banned for almost 2 years now. I submitted a ticket to delete my account/information since I can no longer play on their platform (but did not login since I can't login my account even for support purposes due to being banned) and the support replied to me via email that I need to reply through the ticket. But I can't even login to reply to a ticket. Anything else I can do? Thanks!
