Plenty of hot water in the shower and in the house, but none in the bathtub why?

I had a Cortizone shot two weeks ago. I don’t think it has relieved any pain, limping or pay when walking. The first few days after they injected with the numbing injection as well as a Cortizone I walked without a limp and ending forward now all that has returned. I have just moderate arthritis with bones, burn and subchondral cyst in my phone, which is grown larger I think my doctor thought I could get away with a few Cortizone shots a year but to work and I’m 74 if I’m going to do this probably better now than later what’s everyone’s thought if you have just bone on bone before your operation or just when you were getting this amount of pain.

Recently evaluated five-year-old now has ADHD. I’ve witnessed so many times him turning on the people that supposedly love him by screaming at them and looking at them like they someone he doesn’t even recognize in some ways he can be very sweet, but I’m seeing that this behavior of the angry outburst and yelling is taking over him. I just witnessed his mom taking him to a quick activity and within three minutes he was screaming and punching and hitting her so they had to leave when he’s in these stages. He has no control over himself and almost is unaware of his actions. Obviously he’s not on medication yet, but I just don’t know how as a grandparent to support her with this day-to-day struggle.

Poor grandmother just got shoved and hit by a five year-old and spanked does not listen not supposed to argue back so for the next hour what should I do?
