My friend and I are planning a trip to Barcelona for El Clásico on October 25th at the Spotify Camp Nou. We are trying to figure out the best and safest way to secure official tickets without paying crazy resale prices.

We heard that for Category A+ matches like this, the official club rule limits Socio members to a maximum of 2 tickets during the pre-sale. We are thinking about buying one single Socio Membership (€113/year), splitting the cost, and using that one account to buy both of our tickets during the 48-hour exclusive pre-sale window.

Before we pull the trigger, we'd love some advice from people who have done this recently:

1. Is the membership even necessary? Do we actually stand a realistic chance of getting basic, standard tickets during the general public sale? Or will the member pre-sale completely wipe out the inventory (especially with the current lower stadium capacity due to renovations)?
2. Buying 2 tickets on 1 Socio account: Is it easy to assign the second ticket and passport details to a non-member guest during the Socio checkout process?
3. Seating together: How hard is it to find 2 seats next to each other (or at least in the same section) during the member pre-sale for El Clásico?

Would appreciate any tips, advice or personal experiences.
