Currently 6 months on my current company and I am at a scenario where I messaged my boss about resigning from the position that I personally requested last March. Unfortunately I got sick recently, currently on a sick leave and I decided to resign because of lack of career growth and a new opportunity have come whereas it offers more 30% more of my current salary. Now I can’t stop overthinking about the disappointment of my boss or just the reaction of him about my resignation. Is my resignation unethical or it’s just me thinking that way?
