Planning to update tax info (E.O 96 to self employed) at RDO and file taxes in the same day. NEED HELP

So I plan to update my tax info at RDO (since doing it online is confusing or not doable) then file it.

I already have my TIN as an E.O. 96, and am now going to update to self-employed, then file taxes afterwards

I was a full-time employee at a US company (but still regarded as a freelancer) back in Jan 2025, but then downsized in August, and immediately had my email shut down. So not only do they not have payslips, but I also lost access to the online platform they pay me through to go through records of my salary history. I figured since my pay goes straight to my bank, I'll ask for a history record from them and use that as a basis/reference for how much I earned monthly.

My question is, will that be enough? Is using my bank statements as proof for how much I earned valid?

Also, so far, I understand that the forms I need to fill out and provide will be 1902 since I was fully employed by a foreign country, 1701 for the annual tax return. Is there anything else I might be missing? Also do I need more than one copies of any these forms?

Please, I need help, and I appreciate those who are able to provide it
