Does anyone with an 850 notice that when first starting and also when killing ignition, the engine sounds loose? Mostly on shutdown I notice this. It’s like the connecting rods sound loose or something.

I’ve just assumed that it was normal because my machine has always had good power and I don’t hear rod knock at all when it’s running.

One other thing is that I notice it almost sounds like it has the odd misfire if it gets hot and left idling. Best way I can describe it is….da da, da da, da da, da da, da —, da —, da da, da da, da —, da da, da da……and so on. While driving I don’t notice a lack of power at all.
