My employer submitted my job offer, and I received the OINP email with my job offer ID and instructions. However, when I log into the portal using that ID and the pre-populated email address, it shows "match not found", and now just shows a red exclamation mark.

We are absolutely certain that every detail entered by my employer, including the registered email, is completely accurate. I have already raised a webform long back regarding this issue but have not yet received a response, so I am looking for solutions or information on why this is happening. It would be a great help if any one could provide help or suggestions to this case.
