This might sound like a weird question but...

Is it just me or has anyone else started gaining weight especially around the belly even though they haven’t really changed much in their lifestyle?

Especially with stress and lack of sleep.
I’ve recently started reading more about cortisol and now I’m wondering if hormones actually have a big impact on weight for women over 35?

Has anyone else noticed the weight accumulating around the belly?

Hair loss, dull skin, and weight gain. All at the same time.

These are all signs of hormonal imbalance They're not separate problems Have you also noticed that your hair and weight changed around the same time? What was the first sign you noticed?

For the longest time I thought I just had no discipline but now Im starting to think my body was exhausted

for a long time I kept eating less trying harder and pushing myself more thinking thats what would finally make the weight come off but instead I felt worse low energy all the time constantly thinking about food bad sleep more stress and somehow more weight around my stomach it got to the point where I genuinely thought something was wrong with me recently I started focusing less on restriction and more on things like sleep stress protein and simply not pushing my body so hard all the time and honestly thats the first time Ive felt my body respond differently in a long time now Im curious if anyone else went through something similar especially in their 30s or 40s
