most of the brushes I use draw with the pen only hovering over the tablet. I've messed with the pen pressure and tablet driver yet it still does not work.

I use a Vinsa tablet, Clip studio version 4.2.3

I'm not sure what to do because I've tried everything and it still doesn't help, it only happens in clip studio. It makes it extremely hard for me to draw, how do i fix this?

edit: if i disable windows ink it wont let me use the custom pen pressure thing
