Hello everyone.
Im quite new to the field and was just curious how other labs with huge load of ihc slides maintain the inventory, run their lot to lot slides as well as maintaining a decent stock of control blocks.
I have noticed these basic things are overlooked in our lab we basically start cramming to get these done because they’re simply not on anyones priority list.

I hope this makes sense English isn’t my first language 🤭
