This is a freshwater cherry shrimp only tank, planted and running for about 3 months now. I noticed some of these on my glass spread all over. There are also small white worms crawling on the glass but this seems more like an egg sac or something. Thank you for any help.

You can see the little worm wiggling on the glass just below the top of the filter spout. There are also what look like eggs laid on the glass. I suddenly noticed a lot of these worms on the glass today. This tank has 3 cherry shrimp, it’s planted, fluval stratum and has been running for 3 months now.
