Feeling defeated… help?

Hello to anyone who might take the time to read this,

I have been battling with what I believe is dysautonomia for 5+ years now where I become very light headed and dizzy during positional changes, vomiting (5-10x a day, unable to keep food down), migraines, brain fog, shaking, and issues with sweating (all the time but specifically at night, I will majority of the time wake up in a pool of sweat), difficulty sleeping (falling and staying asleep) and rapid weight gain (30lbs in 6 months). I also have mental health issues (MDD and GAD) and it often times feels like my body is stuck in fight or flight mode even when my brain is “calm” .I’m at the end of my rope. I asked my doctor for a referral to a dysautonomia specialist which was met with “your barking orders at me and I don’t give referrals just based off your own thoughts”, which to me felt like a smack in the face especially after she told me that I was being difficult for wanting a different referral to a new neurologist.
What can I do to help myself? I also have lymphedema which making regulating my sodium levels difficult since all my life I have been told to have a low sodium diet.
Any tips or tricks that help for you I’d love to hear them. Having this has made me lose two jobs already and I’m having a hard time financially, emotionally, physically, etc.

TIA❤️
