Extremely tall Vishnu Cutout made using unplanned poor wood scaffolding fell all of sudden in the rains this could have killed a few people easily if they weren't lucky. Why build cutouts in competition to make the tallest biggest and all what's the use of all this? When can this country come out from blind hero worships and just learn to appreciate the art and actor instead of these cutouts, fanwars, symphathy milking etc. These can happen anywhere again. It makes sense why are known as third world
