I'm completely new to amazon fba and tried to create my very first seller account. Identity verification failed.
In the automated amazon email it says "If you are unable to proceed with your current registration, your option would be to start a new registration process using a different email address" and so I did. How naive!
Then I created my second account with all the same information except my email address and identity verification failed again! T-T
I have opened countless cases talking to seller support and it's no use. I have no clue what's wrong or what else they need, just straight rejection.
Then I read online that if you create new accounts, they could be linked to the rejected one and all your accounts could be suspended! What are my options now? Please help! T_T
