Anyone tried 1–2 mbuna in a 210 large hap/peacock tank?

I’ve got a 210g hap/peacock tank, lightly overstocked. Mostly bigger haps/peacocks around 5–6”+, good filtration, regular maintenance, and enough fish in there that aggression gets spread around pretty well.

I’m looking at a Zebra Long Pelvic Mdoka that’s around 5.5”. I know mixing mbuna with haps/peacocks usually gets a “don’t do it,” but I’m wondering if anyone’s actually tried keeping just one or two mbuna in a larger setup like this.

I’m not worried about whether it’ll live. More wondering if it’ll eventually get too territorial, start chasing haps/peacocks, or claim a section of the tank once it settles in. The fish looks really unique, which is why I’m even considering it.

Has anyone kept a single Mdoka, or a similar mbuna, in a big hap/peacock tank long term? Did it stay manageable, or did it eventually become a pain?
