i’ve been hospitalized a MONTH ago due to my heart beating too low and was forced into recovery. my meal plan is truly gigantic. and guess what. my very first meeting with a psychiatrist was yesterday. and guess what! she wont be managing my mental health, so shes gonna call a therapist for me which is gonna take months to get. bonus point, i’ll only see her once a month-ish. my meal plan is hard on me and im slowly crumbling, and no one is here to assist me. great system!
