I need help controlling duck weed

I'm setting up a 29 and duck weed is being duckweed, is there anything that can float on the water and hold it back?

Any tips for healing piercings?

I have hemophilia b and decided to get my ear lobes pierced. What should I expect from the healing process? I'm not bleeding at all, but in the hours after the piercing I've been realizing more and more that I have no clue what to expect.

What mushroom is this? (Us/ FL)

I'm in the keystone/ odessa area and these popped up at my job. I can't do a spore print unfortunately, but wanted to know if i should trash these. They've quintupled in about a week.
