What makes a good team lead?

Hi all :)
I recently got promoted to a team lead position after being an AE for 5 years, and will have 6 AEs who will report to me. It’s important for me to make sure my team feels supported and that I will lead them to succeed in their role. I’m curious to hear from other managers what made you successful at your role and also from other account executives what you most care about in your relationship with your manager.

Thanks you all 🙏🏼

281 calories/serving - kept me full for 6 hours!

I was so pleasantly surprised by how long I stayed full after this meal, not even having food noise!
AND it was delicious! If you have stir fry / Asian food cravings this would be perfect 🤩

Ingredients - 3 servings

Olive oil: 9 g
Raw onion: 101 g
Garlic:18g
Ginger root: 9 g
Firm tofu: 303 g
Soy sauce: 120 mL
Broccoli: 67 g
Cabbage: 605 g
Jalapeño pepper: 1 small pepper / 14 g
Sesame seeds: sprinkle
Also used some stivia sweetener, and of course salt and black pepper

How to find a mentor? SaaS enterprise sales

Hi all!
I’ve been in enterprise B2B SaaS sales for 3 years now (HR tech), and never got the proper training from my company. I bought lots of courses from Chris Orlob and tried to implement MEDDICC and command of the message on my own.

It seems like some of this is working, but I’m feeling so overwhelmed with content and courses and books about sales, that I don’t know what is working and what is not working.

I don’t get much feedback from my manager, we do have an AI tool that analyses our calls and gives scores and feedback, but I’m at a point where I need something more focused and specific to me.

How can I find a mentor? Is it a norm to pay mentors for their time? I also don’t want to waste anyone’s time :)
