I’ve been with Best Buy since last November and I’ve honestly gotta say I’ve met some of the downright most nastiest rudest people on the planet. What are some ways to take care of rude customers? You guys got any tips or tricks?

I don’t understand the point of the host stand, besides greeting customers other than that I just want the most useless positions you can be put on i’ve been on it for months now and every time I need to go to the restroom or ask for a break it’s like asking them if you can chop there arms off
